Refund Policy
We gladly approve returns, exchanges, and cancellations, as long as they are handled in accordance with our return guidelines:
Returns: Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Return the items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Cancellations: Cancellation can be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their specific nature. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@pplfrst.studio.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns and/or exchanges for items from the Everyday Essentials collection due to their delicate nature. Unless the item has arrived damaged or defective, we also don’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@pplfrst.studio.

Once an order is placed, it takes 3-4 weeks for us to complete it. Each garment is produced with care and consistent quality in our atelier in Latvia. If any order-related questions arise, please reach out to us at, and we will be glad to address your concerns.
Shipping
We deliver our products to Europe within 3-10 business days and to any other international destination within 14-21 business days. All items are shipped in ecologically sustainable packaging, ensuring both the protection of your new piece and our planet. Our clients are responsible for any custom and import tax payments when applicable. Please let us know if it appears that the parcel has been lost in transit by contacting us at hello@pplfrst.studio.
Payment
We accept payments made by major credit cards or through Stripe. All prices are stated in EUR with VAT included (where applicable). The total cost of your order is the price of the product(s) ordered plus delivery charges.
